West Basin is excited for its 2025 in-person event at the front parking lot of the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility in the city of El Segundo.

This free, family-friendly event welcomes community members who participate in a number of fun, educational activities including tours of the water recycling facility, stage shows, interactive water education booths, games, kids’ costume contests, opportunity drawings, and more!

Parking is free on-site, and we can't wait to see you at the festival!

Let the fun begin! Spend the day exploring the world of water recycling with tours of the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility, learn how you can save more water at home, and enter to win some fabulous prizes.

The Wyland Foundation's Mobile Learning Experience and tours of the facility are confirmed in the East Lot, as are stage shows, story time, kids’ costume contests and two opportunity drawings, in addition to giving away rain barrels and the grand prize drawing of a water-efficient washer and dryer on the main stage!
