4-22-26 -- CA Friendly & Native Plant Landscape Training Flyer - FINALIf you're interested in designing a stunning landscape that conserves water and is easy to maintain, come to the upcoming class hosted by West Basin Municipal Water District.

Join local garden experts at Rocketship Hall in Manhattan Beach on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM for the “California Friendly & Native Plant Landscape Training.” This hands-on session will show you how to transform your yard into a water-wise, climate-friendly landscape that thrives in Southern California.

This class will guide you through practical techniques for designing and maintaining a thriving vibrant garden that works with California’s natural environment.

As a bonus, all attendees will be entered into an opportunity drawing to win a free rain barrel. One lucky participant will take it home the same day - just make sure you’re able to transport it after the class!

Why go California Friendly?

California native plants are uniquely suited to the region’s climate. They need far less water, require minimal maintenance and stay beautiful year-round. That means you can enjoy a vibrant garden while helping conserve water and potentially lower your water bill. Many native plants also offer an added layer of protection—some varieties can help slow the spread of fire while supporting local wildlife and pollinators.

Space is limited, so register today before space runs out and take the first step toward creating a beautiful, sustainable California Friendly garden.
