West Basin is partnering with Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and the Water Replenishment District (WRD) to host a series of free in-person classes that will teach you everything you need to know to get started on your landscape transformation.
The upcoming “Transforming Lawns: A Sustainable Approach” class will give you an in-person opportunity to learn from and engage with experts in grass removal and water use efficiency from West Basin, WRD and Green Media Creations.
Space is limited, so register for this class now. It will be held at the Nakaoka Community Center in Gardena on Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 5:00-6:30 pm.
If you can’t make it to this session, eight additional classes will be scheduled through June 2026.
